System overview
the Multipoint Control Box 8 zone system comprises of one of each of the following
components:
•
Multipoint Control Box 8 zone module
•
24 VaC transformer
In addition to the control box module and transformer you will require at least one wall
switch module and multiple zone dampers for multizone on/off control:
•
Multipoint 2, 3 or 4 zone wall switch (MPWs234).
•
Multipoint 5 or 6 zone wall switch (MPWs56).
•
Multipoint 7 or 8 zone wall switch (MPWs78).
•
My Zone touchpad (MZtP8). Refer to this manual for Fujitsu Bridge installation.

Cabling requirements
All data cables (wall switch) should be 6 core (5 + 1 shielded) flat cable with 6p6c plugs.
Data cables should be kept as far from power cables as practical (minimum 300mm).
Motor cables can be 6 core flat cable with 6p6c plugs, or 4 core flat cable with 6p4c plugs.
Multipoint Control Box 8 Zone Module
the Multipoint Control Box 8 zone module is the core component of the Multipoint
Zoning system. all zone motors and wall switches connect to and receive power from
the control box module. all wall switch and motor connections are made using the plug
in cable system for easy installation, terminal connections are provided for the 24V
power supply.
up to 2 wall switch modules may be connected to the control box module as standard.
to connect more than 2 wall switches an expansion module is required.
the control box module is physically designed to offer simple installation and operation
and may be either Din rail or surface mounted.
