Troubleshooting 

 

This chapter summarizes the most common problems you could encounter with MyndStep. If you 

are unable to solve the problem with the information below, please call your distributor. 

Issue 

Possible causes 

Solutions 

1.  The  indicator  does  not 
light up at all when pressing 
the ON/OFF button 

The battery of the unit is empty. 

Charge  the  unit  (see  chapter 
Preparing for use’). 

2.  The  MyndStep  APP  on 
the  mobile  phone  could  not 
connect with the unit. 

1. The unit is not turned on; 
2. Mobile phone Bluetooth is not 
open or mobile phone Bluetooth 
problems 
3.  the  distance  between  the 
mobile phone and the unit is too 
far; 
4.  The  unit  has  connected  to
