7. Rub the side of the
neck
with kneeling
fingers till it turns hot
and till the armpit and
pass under there. Repeat
three times.
8. Stroke the external
collarbone with purlicue
and till the armpit.
Repeat 3 to 5 times.
9. Do the same on the
other side.
