Remove the cover

and with a clean, dry cloth, wipe off water from the
steam outlet of the lid

, the outside of the shell and the base. With all the
dry elements place the tank on the base.

Lift the reservoir

and invert, remove the cap

as indicated above and
pour the water into a sink. Replace the plug.

Before draining the water contained within the base, check that the
humidifier is disconnected from the power adapter. Otherwise the
membrane could be damaged. Pour the water from the base in a sump.
FAN
The fan generates a constant flow of air exiting the outlet of steam, and thus
obtain a homogeneous flow of steam. The air inlet fan is located in the
humidifier base. For this reason it is very important that in order not to obstruct
the air intake, do not place the humidifier on a towel, carpet, carpeting, etc.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning or maintenance of the humidifier make sure the power adapter
is not plugged into the mains.
Cleaning the base
Clean the plastic surface of the base with a damp cloth and dry with a dry. Do
not use alcohol or abrasive products.
Tank cleaning

Tank cleaning should be done once a week.
•
Unscrew the tank cap

to drain the water as noted above.

Fill the tank half full with clean fresh water. Put the cap

and shake the tank
a few seconds. Remove the cap and pour the water into a sink.

Thoroughly clean the plug and part of the thread of the vessel with a damp
cloth and dry with a dry. Do not use alcohol or abrasive products. Clean the
surface of the tank with a damp cloth and dry with a dry.
Transducing membrane cleaning

The membrane cleaning should be done once a week, but if you see dirt in
the same or cold steam flow decreases, cleaning this part must be carried
out immediately.

Check that the power adapter is disconnected from the mains. Pour into a
drain the water contained within the humidifier base.
•
Thoroughly dry the inside of the base unit with a dry cloth, then pour a few
drops of vinegar on the transducer membrane, and wait a few minutes. After
this time, use a cotton swab to release the remains of the membrane, then
with a cloth moistened with water remove the debris.
•
After the membrane cleaning, dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.
