5. Close the Pail Lift valve located below the air lift regulator (see figure 8).

Open main air feed ball valve and listen for air leaks. The ball valve has a safety relief port and air
will leak from the port until the valve is fully open or closed (see fig. 6).
7. Secure all fittings and correct air leaks if found.
8. Fill Flush Tank with appropriate cleaning agent at least 3/4 full.
9. Close the relief valve on the top of the Flush Tank.
10. Slowly turn up regulator pressure to Flush Tank to 50 -60 psi (3.5
– 4 bar) (see figure 9).

11. Secure all solvent leaks.
12. Test flush system on gun block, by pressing the flush buttons, test both solvent and air purge (see fig. 5)
13. Set Gun Packing Set
– Use the packing tool to tighten both the packing nut on the side of the gun
block, trigger the gun 4-5 times and tighten the packing nuts again
– repeat this process 2 or 3
times.
