24. Remove the O-ring from the opening in the
gun block.
25. Remove the nozzle cap, nozzle, and turbulent
mixer.
26. Remove the two cap screws and remove the
mix housing.
27. Take the catalyst injector out of the
distribution ring.
28. Remove the elongated O-ring and the distribution ring from the
mix housing.
29. Remove the flush valve assembly from the side of the gun block.
30. Remove the catalyst plug and seal from the other side of
the gun block.
31. Remove the material and catalyst fittings from the rear of
the gun block.
32. Unscrew the gun fitting needle housings from both sides of
the gun.
