The torque is set at either 1kg or 4kg as shown below.

NOTE

• When the torque is set to 4kg, the tension of the media is stronger than when it is set to 1kg.

• If the media gets wrinkled or it comes in contact with Print head after setting the torque to 1kg,

switch it to 4kg.
