100 user songs can be recorded, each song has 7 record tracks
(Drum + Perc Part1~Part5), in which Part1~Part 5 can
only be recorded by MIDI IN. You can directly select a user song
with “*” symbol, it is new and unrecorded user song.
Note:
1. Indicator of [REC] button.
Record standby state: indicator of [REC] button keeps flashing;
recording state: indicator of [REC] button keeps lighting;
rehearsal: indicator of [REC] button keeps flashing;
end: indicator of [REC] button goes out.
2. Indicator of [PLAY/ STOP] button.
Record standby with “SYNC ON”: indicator of [PLAY/ STOP]
button keeps flashing; record standby with “SYNC OFF”:
indicator of [PLAY/ STOP] button goes out;
but while recording, rehearsal: indicator of [PLAY/ STOP] button
keeps lighting;
end: indicator of [PLAY/ STOP] button goes out.
Record a New Song
1.
Select a new user song, press the [REC] button to enter record
menu (Record standby state: indicator of [REC] button keeps
flashing. If the “SYNC ON” at the same time, indicator of [PLAY/
STOP] button keeps flashing; If the “SYNC OFF” at the same
time, indicator of [PLAY/ STOP] button goes out. ). Metronome
automatically on.
Note:
If the currently selected song is a preset song, press the [REC]
the system will automatically select a empty user song (or
select the first user song).

You can also select the “QUICK RECORD”, without any setting
step, you can immediately start recording or common.
3.
After you finished all settings, starts recording.
Quick Record
Without any setting step, you can immediately start recording
drum. In Quick Record, what you record is what you hear (without
click sound), it can’t be quantized or other setting.
1.
Press [REC] and [PART MUTE] simultaneously to enter
recording statement.
a). If select a new user song, start recording the drum part.
b). If select a preset song (Maybe in the mode of KIT, UTILITY
and so on, these except song mode.), the system will auto-
matically assign a new user song for recording drum part.
c). If all user song are containing music data, the system will
automatically select the first user song, and, later recorded data
will cover previous music data.

Starts recording while you strike on a pad, or manually press
the [PLAY/ STOP] button to start recording. (While recording,
the indicators of [REC] and [PLAY/ STOP] buttons keep
lighting, and the LCD displays “Recording…” )
3.
In the state of recording, press the [REC] button, enter the
rehearsal mode (The [REC] keeps flashing and the [PLAY/
STOP] keeps lighting, the LCD displays “-Rehearsal”), you can
only hear what you are playing, press [REC] button then starts
recording.
4.
Press the [PLAY/ STOP] button to stop recording.
