- 4 - LOWERING/ FOLDING
4.1 DESCENT PROCESS
The unit must be dismantled and folded before the transport.

1. Turn the crank slightly clockwise
to facilitate the safety pin releas-
ing of the first frame (starting
from the ground) to lower. Pull
the safety pin ring, to extract it
from the stopping hole and, while
holding it, start to turn the crank
counterclockwise. The first frame
lowers and the stopping hole
shifts downwords. Release the
safety pin when the hole is not
coincident anymore.

last hole
2. Keep on turning the crank coun-
terclockwise until you hear the
click of the safety pin in the sub-
sequent stopping hole of the first
frame. Repeat step “1” and “2” un-
til the safety pin stops in the last
hole of the frame. Make the same
operations for each frame to
lower, up to the complete folding,
always monitoring the load state.

3. After having detached the load
and any other support, release the
levellers on the screw and extract
the levers from their housing, by
pulling the safety pins’ rings.

4. Put the levers in the transport
housings. Verify that all the safety
pins are inserted before moving
the unit, to avoid accidental re-
leasing of a section. Take care of
the good positioning of the crank
to avoid damages to the winch.
