Service and Maintenance
Please read the service and maintenance points below before operating the
Wire Winder.
Daily Checklist
It is the responsibility of the operator/owner to ensure all of the items listed
in the table have been checked prior to commencing daily operation of the
Munro Wire Winder.
A checklist log is located at the back of this document. Please keep
updated to ensure major servicing is completed when required.

Check that controls are working

Ensure spool spins smoothly.
Clear jams and/or repair as required.
Frame
Visual inspection for any major
damage
Do not operate if the Wire Winder is in
an unsafe working condition. Contact
Munro Engineers for repair.
Preventative Maintenance Checklist
The checklist below is a preventative maintenance guideline for the Wire
Winder and may have to be adjusted based on the environment that it will
be operated in.
