LEVEL 2 - WEEKLY CLEANNG
Cpffee Delivery SysteI Cleaning & Sanitizing
1. Disconnect coffee keg and set aside.
Clean n-line Strainer
2. Locate the in-line coffee strainer on the celling of the
refrigeration cabinet. (See illustration for “Inspect In-
line Strainer”)
3. Depressurize the system then;
• Unscrew and remove the clear bowl.
• Remove and rinse the strainer mesh to remove
the debris.
• Then reassemble the bowl with mesh back in
place.
4. Mix proper concentration of cleaning solution in one of
the three (3) gallon kegs.
5. Connect the inlet and outlet keg connectors of unit to
cleaning solution keg.
6. Press and release the Prime/Clean button to prime the
system with cleaning solution. The LED around the
button will flash ON then OFF.

NOTE: Cleaning button is located inside base cabinet in
upper left corner.
7. Place a clean five (5) gallon bucket on the floor in front of unit.
8. Place clear nozzle cleaning hose over nozzles of both
the (plain and nitrogen coffee) taps and place other
end of clear hoses in the five (5) gallon bucket.
