TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible causes
One or more lights are not wor-
king. • A wire is damaged. Take the light set out of
service immediately and, if necessary, repla-
ce the defective unit.
• An LED is defective. It is not possible to re-
place an LED. Contact Customer Service.
• The tint products themselves are switched off
or the power plugs are not plugged in. Check
all connections and make sure that the pow-
er plug is correctly plugged into the power
outlet. Check to make sure whether the
power outlet is working properly, for example
with another consumer.
• The batteries in the tint remote control are
dead and must be replaced.
• You have selected the wrong group, or have
not selected a group, using the group button.
Select the right group or select “All groups”
by pressing the group button repeatedly (all
LEDs above the group button will light up).
I cannot add the tint product. • The tint product is already assigned to a
remote control or a gateway. Please remove
it from the existing network
• Make sure that the tint product is in coupling
mode.
• Bring it closer to the remote control
• Switch off any nearby Zigbee devices
