Installing NOx sensor

Note:

Note the following:
• If the sensor (3) was subjected to shock or impact load, it is considered to be defective and may not

be used.

• Always replace NOx sensor (3) together with control unit (1).

Install control unit (1) at the eyelets and tighten screws to the specified tightening torque.

Do not wipe off the thread lubricant applied by the manufacturer.

Coat sensor (3) thread with specified assembly compound as required.

Tighten nut (3) with torque wrench to specified tightening torque .
