Introduction
The configuration barcodes provided in this manual offer instant setup off the various scanner settings,
E.G., serial communication baud rate, enabling and disabling barcodes.
Note: Default values in this guide are indicated by the
notation “(*)”.
Note: Barcodes may also be referred to as “symbols”. This manual may use either or both conventions.
Please read the operation Manual of this reader carefully to ensure correct use of the equipment. Keep
the document near the equipment for reference in the event of problems.
The contents of this document are subject to change without notice.
Ensure to scan the “Save Settings” barcode after settings have been changed to write the settings on the
scanne
r’s non-volatile flash memory. Without saving the settings the scanner will revert to the previously
stored settings after power is reapplied.
