●長時間の使用は身体に負担をかけすぎるおそれが
ありますので、目 安 の 時 間・揺 れ幅を守ってご使 用
ください。
●1回の運動は最長90秒以内としてください。
● 下を向 いてご使 用にならな いでください 。本 来 の
運動ができなくなったり振動によりスウィングバー
が落下するおそれがあります。
● 途 中で揺れがとまってしまっても、もう一 度 振り直
せば十分運動効果はあります。
●カレーなど色の濃い食品を食べた後に使用すると色移り
する場合がありますが、品質上の問題はございません。
