Unpacking and Installation

After unpacking the case, please read the operation manual carefully, and check
whether the components are enough according to the packing list.

）
Place the device steady, place more than 12h and then start debugging.

）
Keep well ventilated, the environment temperature should less than 35
℃
.
Note: Do not cover the air inlet/outlet!

）
Connect air outlet with vacuum device, connect air inlet with the device which need to
be vacuumized.

）
Before using the instrument, please clean the liquid on the surface of shell.
6
）
Do not use it outdoor.
