CAUTION! The hot air exhaust duct must not be kinked – avoid bends over 45° (Fig. 5). An excessively bent duct
may lead to the failure of the air conditioner! Do not disconnect
the hot air exhaust duct when the appliance is in use.
CAUTION! The length of the hot air exhaust duct is between
280 mm and 1500 mm, according to the specification of the air
conditioner. Do not extend the hot air exhaust duct or replace it
with other ducts because it might reduce the performance of the
air conditioner. The hot air exhaust must not be obstructed; oth-
erwise the air conditioner may overheat.
CAUTION! Do not tilt the appliance when pulling out the hot air
exhaust duct.
A. MOUNTING IN SLIDING WINDOWS

open the window halfway and mount the sealing plate from the kit (18) vertically or hori-
zontally

move the elements of the sealing plate, adjust the distance between the plates so that they
tightly fill the space created after sliding the window (Fig. 6), then lock with a screw, or cut
the plate to an appropriate length without a gap

tighten the flat end of the connector (16) of the
hot air exhaust duct to the elliptical hole (Fig. 7)
CAUTION! The flat end of the short hot air exhaust duct connec-
tor must snap into place.
B. MOUNTING IN HINGED WINDOWS
 prepare the strip with adhesive tape and Velcro
from the mounting kit (17)
 open the window, attach the Velcro strip to the
window frame and the window (cut it to an ap-
propriate length if necessary)

close the window and attach the white fabric from
the kit (17) to the strips using Velcro fasteners
