Product Specifications
There’s a lot of noise when I listen to radio and I can’t get a good reception.
■ FG200 may be influenced by other nearby electronics. Maintain sufficient distance from
other electronics.
■
The earphone acts as an antenna when listening to radio. FG200 will lose its reception if
the earphone is not plugged in. Also check the earphone’s condition.
■ The reception sensitivity may be different depends on the area.
I can’t download files from a PC.
■ Check the USB cable between the PC and FG200. Make sure that it is connected firmly.
■ Do not use USB hubs or extension cables and try plugging the cable directly to the PC’s USB port.
I can’t hear anything.
■
Check the volume.
■
There may be noise or skipping if the music file is corrupt.
■ The reception may be influenced by other nearby electronics.
FG200 suddenly stops and something seems wrong.
■ Check the battery. Lack of battery may cause FG200 to stop.
■ Press the RESET key on the lower side of FG200.
Upgrading the firmware is too hard.
■ Try using the bundled MPIO utility. Mac users can just copy the provided file into FG200.
