Chapter 1

Introduction

The Moxa UC-7400-LX Plus series of RISC-based commnication platforms are ideal for your
embedded applications. All models come with 8 RS-232/422/485 serial ports, dual 10/100 Mbps
Ethernet ports, a PCMCIA interface for wireless LAN communication, and CompactFlash and
USB ports for mass storage for disk expansion.
