Step 2: MRC Client and Gateway setup
2.1 Create MRC Client
Please follow below steps to create your client list first.
2.1.1 Click on the top left corner
menu icon and select Wizard
2.1.2 Please click on “Create Client”
2.1.3 Create Client Login ID, email, and password
Login ID
can be up to 32 digits

must be an active email address belonged to a client
(i.e. Field Service Engineer).
***(Clients can use either their login ID or email for MRC Client
software sign in)***

Password
– At least 6 characters, and must contain letters
and numbers

Service Period -
Administrator can utilize this feature to set
specific period of dates for client to access remote Gateway.
***(Leaving this field blank will provide permanent access for
client as long as account remains active.)***
You can click on “Continue Wizard” button to setup any Please click “Save and Finish” button once you have finished
any clients setup.
