Repair Section

(2) Removal of gauge manifold

Crimp the pinch-off tube with a pinch-off tool.

Remove the gauge manifold and the process
tube fitting. Crush the end of the pinch-off tube.

Braze the end of the pinch-off tube.

Ensure that a gas leak is not present at the
pinched off portion and the brazed end.

(3) Inspection of the unit after refrigerant charging

• Check the operation of the unit.
