Press the 'MODE' key to increase the maximum heart rate value. After setting the
maximum heart rate, press the 'PAGE' key to adjust the minimum heart rate. To finish the
configuration, wait 3 seconds to return to the initial display.

PERSONAL SETUP

The personal data entered into the console will make your calories more accurately
displayed. Press the 'MODE' key until you reach KCAL or DISTANCE, hold down the 'PAGE'
key for 3 seconds to enter the setting, press and hold the 'MODE' key to reach the heart
rate page.
1 - Press 'PAGE' to select the sex. You can choose between male or female.
2 - Press the 'PAGE' key to reach the weight selection. Select the weight using the 'MODE'
key.
3 - Press the 'PAGE' key to change the form of measurement, which can be changed to
metric or imperial, and this will change the display unit. The display can be changed to
MPH/KPH, Lb/LG and ML/KM. The user can change the weight to 0.5 Kg or 0.5Lb.
4 - Wait 3 seconds to complete the setting.
