that the foot does not escape from the pedal while
performing the exercise.

HANDLEBARS

HEART RATE

Heart rate monitoring is essential for you to be able to control exercise intensity.
To check heart rate or follow heart rate programs, use the Heart Beat Sensor (chest strap)
or wrist.
* The chest strap is not included with the equipment

Polar chest straps compatible with the module: T32 e 0T34

ATTENTION!

The heart rate monitoring system may be inaccurate.
Excessive exercise may result in serious injury or
death. In case of weakness, stop exercising
immediately.
