FIELD 4 - Digital Display for HEART RATE / PROGRAM
Monitors heart rate of the user during exercise, maximum
sitting rate admitted is 240 beats per minute (bpm). The
user must secure the heart bead readers in order to
activate this function.
During selection of Programs, this field indicates the
number of the program chosen by the user, from P1 to P7.
FIELD 5 - Digital Display for AGE / WORK LEVEL
This field shows the work resistance level in accordance
with the WORK LEVEL SELECTOR. The value in this field
varies from 1 to 8.
While selecting programs P5, P6, an P7, this field shows
the user's age, which should be adjusted for correct
functioning of programs.
FIELD 8 - VALUE INCREASE Buttons
While adjusting program information, increase the values
inputted in the fields of Distance, Time, Calories, Age, and
Heart Rate Percentage.
FIELD 9 - VALUE DECREASE Buttons
While adjusting program information, decrease the values
inputted in the fields of Distance, Time, Calories, Age, and
Heart Rate Percentage.
