Problem Possible solutions
The photoelectric sensors and skirt-
ing detect objects on both sides of the
module.
In the upper section on the wall side the
photoelectric sensors also have a red
indicator light. If this light is not shin-
ing red after you press a button on the
control panel in the direction of travel of
the module, automatic movement of the
modules cannot be triggered.
Check whether an object, an open door
or drawer is protruding into the area of
the module monitored by sensors, and
remove it or close the doors and drawers.
Check whether the sensors are dirty. If
required, clean them with a damp cloth.
System error.
Take the following steps to restart the
system: Turn the main switch (by the
front door of the apartment) to posi-
tion “0”. Wait a few seconds. Restart the
system by turning the main switch to
position “I”.
