Control panel
does not respond Check the main switch and the fuses in
your apartment’s fuse box.
Take the following steps to restart the
system: Turn the main switch (by the front
door of the apartment) to position “0”.
Wait a few seconds. Restart the system by
turning the main switch to position “I”.
If, despite these steps, the control panel
still does not respond,
please scan the
QR code with your smartphone and/or
fill out the corresponding form at
www.move-ment.ch/serviceandsupport
If you do not have access to the internet,
please call us on the service number
specified earlier in these instructions.
To be able to move the modules despite
this, use the crank as described in the
moving modules manually section.
Check out the following options:
Modules do not move/
do not move to the
intended position,
and status indicator is
illuminated
