This function is primarily used for testing and
calibrating click type mechanical torque wrenches. The
TorqueLab
â
captures the point where the wrench
clicks. This peak may be used for operator training on
correct use of the wrench. Always apply torque
smoothly to avoid false first peak readings.
U N I T S E L E C T I O N
The TorqueLab
â
analyzer supports seven units of torque measurement, lbf.ft, lbf.in, ozf.in, N.m,
cN.m, Kgf.m, and kgf.cm. However certain torque values cannot be converted into other units
due to display resolution, in these cases the TorqueLab
â
will warn you by displaying “Err”.
