SAFETY WHEN
OPENING:
The locking rod is a safety
system that automatically
locks your Cookeo Touch as
soon as it is under pressure.
Your Cookeo is locked when
the logo
appears on your
screen. Never try to force
open your appliance or act
on the locking rod. Ensure
that the interior pressure has
fallen again (no steam being
released from the silent valve)
before trying to open the lid.
IN CASE OF EXCESS
PRESSURE:
Your Cookeo Touch will turn
on the safety valve that will
automatically release the
pressure.
IF ONE OF THE EXCESS
PRESSURE SAFETY
SYSTEMS OPPOSITE IS
TRIGGERED:
Unplug your appliance, allow
it to fully cool down and
then open it. Check and
clean the safety valve, the
decompression ball and the
gasket seal - see the “Getting
Your Cookeo Touch Spotlessly
Clean” chapter. After these
checks and cleaning, if
your product leaks or no
longer works, bring it to an
Authorised Service Center.
REGULATING YOUR
APPLIANCE:
During pressure cooking, it
may occur that your Cookeo
Touch briefly releases
some steam, in order to
automatically regulate the
pressure.
YOUR COOKEO
TOUCH LID:
The metal lid must only
be used in a Cookeo Touch
since it has been specifically
designed for this appliance.
The Cookeo Touch lid is easily
recognised thanks to its red
safety valve.
