TIP
You can vary the appearance of your
baguettes by making cuts with kitchen scissors
throughout the length of the baguette.
• Using the brush supplied, lightly brush the top
of the baguettes, while avoiding any
accumulation of water on the non-stick trays.
• Stack the non-stick trays in the baguette
baking rack

• Place the baguette rack in your bread
machine in place of the bread pan.
• Press the button
once again to resume
the programme and start the baking of
your baguettes

• At the end of the baking cycle, unplug the
bread machine

; Remove the
baguette rack. Always use oven mitts as
the rack is very hot.
• Remove the baguettes from the non-stick
trays and leave them to cool completely
on a rack
