Disassembly

 V180

Removing and Replacing the CLI Lens

1.

Remove the battery cover, battery, SIM, antenna, and rear housing as 
described in the procedures.

2.

Using the disassembly tool, gently pry up on the CLI lens to remove it from 
the flip assembly as shown in Figure 11. Be careful not to damage the lens.

3.

To replace, align the CLI lens to the flip assembly.

4.

Insert the top end of the CLI lens into the flip assembly.

5.

Press the bottom end of the CLI lens into the rear housing. Be careful not to 
damage the CLI lens tabs.

6.

Replace the rear housing, antenna, SIM, battery, and battery cover as 
described in the procedures.
