What is covered? Motorola BCS warrants to the original customer that the Product (including firmware, but excluding any executable code
Software provided with the Product) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Motorola BCS warrants that
executable code Software provided with the Product will perform substantially as described in its documentation; however, Motorola BCS does not
warrant that such Software will perform error free or without bugs. These warranties shall not apply: (i) to any Product or Software subjected to
accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, Acts of God, improper handling, improper transport, improper storage, improper use or application, improper
installation, improper testing or unauthorized repair; or (ii) to cosmetic problems or defects which result from normal wear and tear under ordinary
use, and do not affect the performance or use of the Product and/or Software. These warranties apply only to a Product and related Software that
is manufactured by or for Motorola BCS and identified by the General Instrument ("GI") or Motorola trademark, trade name or product identification
logo affixed to the Product and/or Software. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS PARAGRAPH, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY
