In-Call Features

Phone features that are available during an active call are 
called 

in-call features. In this chapter you will learn how to:

• receive other calls

• look up your phone number, recent calls, phone book 

entries, messages, and datebook items

• put a call on mute or hold

• dial/enter numbers, tones, and PIN numbers

• set up a three-way or conference call
