4.1 Configuring System Settings

Use the

System Settings

screen to specify the name and location of the access point, assign an e-

mail address for the network administrator, restore the AP’s default configuration or restart the AP.

To configure System Settings for the access point:

1.

Select

System Configuration

->

System Settings

from the access point menu tree.

CAUTION

The access point’s country of operation is set from within the System
Settings screen. If the country code is changed, the access point’s
power level, primary channel and secondary channel return to their
default values. If changing the country code, be aware these values
will require modification to their previous settings.
