Serial port 1 DCE configuration -- J1 and J11

To configure port 1 for DCE (modem to terminal) operation, install
jumpers on headers J1 and remove jumpers on headers J11 as shown
below. The schematic representation of this configuration is shown in
Figure 2-2.
