Disassembly

MOTORAZR 2 V9

Assemble the Hinge

Insert the flip hinge cam into the flip outer assembly. The hinge center must
remain horizontal (see Figure 48).

Press the hinge into the flip outer.

Lubrication

Apply 3.5 mg of Nygel 744 lubricating grease on both sides of the hinge
mechanism.
