Disassembly

Assemble the Hinge

Insert the flip hinge cam into the flip outer assembly. The hinge center must
remain horizontal (see Figure 50).

Press the hinge into the flip outer.

Lubrication

Apply 3.5 mg of lubricating grease on both sides of the hinge mechanism.
