Disassembly & Reassembly

This chapter explains, step by step, how to disassemble and assemble the radio, to
board level.

Disassemble the Radio

Remove the Control Head

1.

Turn the radio upside down.

2.

Insert a small flat blade screw driver, or similar, in the recess
between the control head and the main board.

3.

Press until the side of the control head releases.

4.

Pull the control head away from the main board.

5.

Remove the flat cable from the socket on the radio side.
