To remove the battery, turn the radio off. Squeeze the release latches at the bottom of the
battery until the battery releases from the radio and remove the battery from the radio.

Attaching the Antenna

Prerequisites:

Ensure the radio is turned off before attaching the antenna.

Procedure:

Set the antenna in the receptacle.

Turn the antenna clockwise to attach to the radio.
