Untight the nuts and remove chain tensioner  and NUVINCI wheel axle lock on both 

side.  The  NUVINCI  wheel  axle  lock  have  some  teeth  that  grip  on  the  dropout. 

Eventually use a small flat screwdriver for free it.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

5)

 

With the help of a small screwdriver take out from NUVINCI shift  the 2 bowden
