Operation
· Connect to the mains power supply.
· The hair-dryer has 3 heat settings and 2 fan set-
tings that, thanks to separate switches, enable a
total of 6 temperature-fan settings. For short peri-
ods, the cold-shot button (C) can be used to fix
the hairstyle.
· Switch on the appliance at the on/off switch (E)
and select the required fan setting.

Fan setting 1, for a gentle airflow
Il Fan setting 2, for a strong airflow
· Select the required temperature setting by using
switch D.
Switch for temperature settings (D):
0 Temperature setting 1, for cold air

Temperature setting 2, for hot air
Il Temperature setting 3, for hotter air
Cold Shot (C):
By pressing the button and keeping it depressed,
the hair-dryer can be switched to cold air for short
periods.To return to the set temperature, simply
release the cold-shot button.
· Using the on/off switch (E), switch off the appli-
ance after use.
Styling with the nozzle
The nozzle can be used to direct the airflow onto
the styling brush.
· Position the nozzle and press it towards the
housing (Fig. 2
ⓐ
).
· To remove the nozzle, simply pull it off in the
direction of the arrow (Fig. 2
ⓑ
).
Cleaning and care
· Disconnect from the mains before cleaning the
appliance.
· Do not immerse the appliance in water!
· Use only a soft cloth, which may be dampened
slightly, for wiping the appliance.
Do not use solvents or abrasives!
· To maintain the performance of your hair-dryer,
regularly clean the air inlet with a soft dry brush.
To do so, proceed as follows:
· Twist the cover in an anti-clockwise direction
(Fig. 3

) and remove.
· Clean the cover and air inlet with a soft brush
(Fig. 4).
· Fit filter and turn clockwise until it clicks into place
(Fig. 3
ⓑ
).
Disposal in EU countries
Do not dispose of the appliance with domes-
tic refuse. As part of the EU Directive gov-
erning the disposal of electrical and elec-
tronic equipment, the appliance is accepted
free of charge by local waste collection
points or recycling centres. Correct disposal
will ensure environmental protection and
prevent any potentially harmful impacts on
people and the environment.
Disposal in non-EU countries
At the end of its service life, please dispose
of the appliance in accordance with statutory
requirements.
