8.1.2 Configure SIP Proxy and Registrar Server

Outbound Proxy will redirect the SIP call to correct route and Registrar Server is for SIP phone
number registration. Please ask this information from SIP Service Provider.
8.1.3 Select Codec Type and Priority

Advanced-SIP\Common
Select different kinds of Codec Type to communicate with other SIP gateway. Different kinds of
Codec Type mean different kinds of voice compress standard. Codec Type that is not selected will
not communicate with other machine.
You can select different kind of Codec Priority. Selected Codec Type can have different priority.
Codec Type with higher priority will communicate with other machine first. If the highest priority
codec is not supported on the other machine, the system will try the second priority Codec Type.
Note : There are 5 fix Codec Type in Codec Priority, however, the Codec type that is not selected
will be ignored. ( PCMU means G.711 u Law, PCMA means G.711 A Law)
For the example below: The selected Codec Type are G.729AB
