WASHING 
INSTRUCTIONS 

(covers only)

• Do NOT dry clean - 

Machine washing

Remove fleece cover and wash
on a wool programme at 40°C.

Gently stretch the pad cover
back to it’s original shape and
size before drying

Ensure cover is completely dry
before using.

Tumble drying

1

Gently stretch the pad cover
back to its original shape before
drying.

2

Tumble dry on the ‘LOW’ heat
setting, following the
manufacturers instructions.

WARNING: The pad must
never be washed but can
be wiped carefully with a
damp cloth

If the heat pad fails to operate,
check the following:

Check that the supply plug is
correctly connected to the flex.

2

Check the supply fuse and the 3
amp plug fuse if applicable.
