power  c l i m b s .   T h e  cowl f l a p s  should  be  p a r t i a l l y  

opened,  (control pulled aft  approximately  t h r e e  i n c h e s )  
if  n e c e s s a r y ,   t o  maintain  oil and  cylinder  head 

t u r e s  a t  a p p r o x i m a t e l y  t h r e e - f o u r t h s  t h e  n o r m a l  

operating  r a n g e .
