Loosen 2 and remove 1 preassembled
screw from the plate on motor. Save
screw for later use.
Connect white wire from fan to white wire
from LED light kit and then connect blue
(or black) wire from fan to black (or blue)
wire from LED light kit.
Attach LED light kit to light pan by
locating dimples in light pan with grooves
on the LED light kit and twist clockwise
until tight.
Note
:
If you don’t want to install the
fan with LED light, go to step 16 for
blanking plate installation.
Remove LED module and Light shade
from Light plate as shown in illustration.
Keep screws.
Install blanking plate onto light plate using
the set screws of light shade which were
just removed.
Isolate the quick connects with electrical
tape.
Attach blanking plate assembly onto light
pan by locating dimples in light pan with
grooves in blanking plate and twist
clockwise until tight.
Attach light pan onto the plate on motor,
Place light pan over the lead wires from
fan, aligning the keyhole slots on the light
plate with the preassembled screws on
the plate. Twist clockwise till lock.
Reinstall the screw remove in installation
step 13. Tighten all screws securely.
