Setting the dip switch and learning
function of the Remote controller
Turn the power on of the fan and press " set " within 60 seconds ( press and
hold the set button for at least 5 seconds ). If the fan includes a light, the light
will flash twice indicating the success of the learning function setting.
If you cannot finish the setting in 60 seconds. Turn the power off for at least 5
seconds and then turn the power on again and press " Set " for at least 5 sec-
onds within 60 seconds.
The fan will go to the last factory setting. This could be any speed or off.
If you have more than 1 fan with the Remote controller, you will have to change
the DIP switch settings of the Remote Transmitter located beside the battery
compartment of the remote. There is no dip switch on the Receiver.
Make sure that the power is off to at least one of the fans.
Use the steps above to set the learning function for the first fan.
Turn the power off to the first fan and power on the second fan and use the
setting above to set the learning function on the second fan.
When completed, turn both fans on.
To set 2 fans to the same transmitter use the steps above with both fans
powered on.
