Maintenance Schedule
Regular inspection and service is required to keep your go-kart in safe and reliable riding
condition. Below is a maintenance schedule showing when components need to be inspected or ser-
viced. Some items on the list can be performed with basic mechanical skills and hand tools and oth-
ers are more extensive procedures requiring special training, tools and/or equipment. If you do not
feel capable of performing any of the procedures described in this manual or if you need assistance,
contact your nearest Authorized Service Center. If you decide to do your own maintenance, use only
replacement parts that you have purchased from a Monster Moto dealer or directly from Monster
Moto.
Because this go-kart does not have an odometer, service intervals in the maintenance schedule
are expressed in terms of hours ridden. To avoid missing required maintenance, we suggest you
develop a reliable way to record riding time. Always perform the pre-ride inspection at each
scheduled maintenance interval.
Each item on the maintenance schedule requires some mechanical knowledge. You will find that
some items in the table (marked * and **) may require a higher level of mechanical skill and special
tools. If you do not feel capable of preforming any procedure, please consult your nearest Authorized
Monster Moto Service Center.
Note: Service your go-kart more frequently when you ride in wet or dusty conditions.
