Q2: There is no output image when switching.
A2: Ensure that the cables are properly connected. Try replacing the video cable with a
known good one. Use an oscilloscope or multimeter to verify that there is a signal at
the input and output ends.
Q3: The POWER LED on the front panel will not illuminate when the switch is powered on.
A3: Ensure that the power adapter is properly plugged into the DC barrel connector on the
switch and the AC power outlet. Verify that the AC power outlet is live by plugging in
another device, such as a lamp.
Q4: EDID® management does not work properly.
A4: Try replacing the video cable with a known good one.
Q5: The switch cannot be controlled by a computer using an RS-232 connection.
A5: Verify that the proper communications parameters are being used. Try using a
different COM port on your PC.
Q6: The front panel buttons on the switch don't work.
A6: Ensure that the front panel buttons are not locked.
