Advice:
Place spanner on the safety nut on one side of the rear axle, while you tighten the safety nut on the other side of
the rear axle.
•Place the hubcaps on the rear wheels and you will hear a clicking sound showing the fixing of the caps.
•Repeat on the other side.
2. Installation of the front (regular) wheels – See Figure 2:
On Figure 2 with A is marked the Front wheel and with B the front axle.
•Slide
Ø12 washer
on the
front axle

•Place
Ø12 bushing
in the center of the normal wheel

•Place
regular wheel
(with installed hubcap) on the
front axle
, the

must comply with the
front wheel

•Slide
Ø12 washer
on the
front axle

•Place
Ø10 safety nut o

front axle
and tighten it with the help of a spanner.
•Place
ornamental cap
on the hubcap of the front wheel. You must hear a clicking sound showing the fixing of the
ornamental cap.
•Repeat the steps described above in order to install the front wheel and on the other side of the battery operated car.
3.Installation of steering wheel – See Figure 3 and Figure 3-SB:
Advice:
The batteries for the steering wheel are not included in the set. Place the batteries in the compartment of the
steering wheel before attaching the steering wheel to the car.
•With the screwdriver remove
the screw
from the
battery compartment lid
, which is located at the center of the steering
wheel.
•Remove the
battery compartment lid
.
•Place two
АА batteries
while observing the correct polarity indicated at the bottom of the battery compartment.
•Place the
lid of the battery compartment
back and fasten with
the screw
you removed in step 1.
•Remove М5х35 machine screw and Ø5 nut from the steering wheel.
•Place the steering wheel at the upper end of the steering shaft, which shows form the steering wheel base of the car’s body.
•Align the openings of the steering wheel and the steering shaft.
•Slide the machine screw through the openings for the steering wheel and steering shaft and fasten it with the help of the nut
for the purpose of safely using the steering wheel.
4. Connecting the rechargeable battery with the cables of the electric system – See Figure BC:
•Connect the
bushing of the cables of the main grid(C)
with
bushing of the motor of the car’s body(D)
, as shown.
Repeat on the other side of the body with the cables of the second motor.
•Connect the
red bushing of the fuse(A)
with the correct
terminal of the battery(B)
.
5.Installation of the safety lid of the motor – See Figure 4:
•Align the plastic protrusions at the rear side of the seat with the openings intended for them at the rear side of the car’s
main body.
•Afterwards align two M5x16 machine screws with the openings of the main body. Make sure that the screw is placed so that
it fits the opening.
•Lower the seat towards the main body by placing the plastic protrusions and fixing screw at the openings intended for them.
•With the help of a big screwdriver tighten the screw counterclockwise, in order to fasten the seat to the n.main body.
7.Installation of the windshield and side mirrors – See Figure 6 and Figure 7:
•Place the windshield’s plastic pins in the openings at the front side of the car’s body. Push it down carefully until the
windshield is fixed. You must hear clicking sound.
•Place the rearview side mirrors in the openings on each side of the car’s doors. Push carefully down until they are fixed.
You will hear a clicking sound showing their fixing.

USE OF THE BATTERY OPERATED CAR
IMPORTANT!
Always stop the battery operated car from motion when you charge it or change the direction of movement or
the speed, in order to avoid damage of the regulator or motor.
On figure U are shown the following buttons:

.Power button:
With it you can start or stop the battery operated car.
2.
Backward/forward switch:
It is intended for changing the direction of motion forwards or backwards
.
•
In order to move the car forwards, please, move the lever upwards.
• In order the move the car backwards, move the lever downwards.
• When you move the lever in the middle, the battery operated car stops moving.
3.
Music buttons:
Press them in order to play different melodies.
4.
Volume adjustment button (optional):
If you turn the button in clockwise direction, in order to increase the volume of the
sound.If you turn it in counterclockwise direction, the volume of the sound will decrease.
5.
Pedal:
responsible for providing speed to the car, for putting it in motion.
• To put the car in motion, press the pedal downwards.
• In order to stop the car from motion or to reduce the speed of motion, the child must remove its foot from the pedal.
6.
Audio cable output (optional):
With it the music from your music player or telephone can sound from the loudspeakers of
the car.
7.
Digital voltmeter (optional):
See section
<Charging>
of this instruction manual.
8.
High/low speed switch (optional):
With this button you can switch from low to high speed of the battery operated car.
