Resetting the Device
If you’re just setting up your Knok for the first time or need
to repair the device to a different Wi-Fi network, you may
need to first reset the device to get it in pairing mode
again.
To manually reset the device, you will need to remove the
Knok doorbell from the mounting bracket and hold the
Reset
button for 10 seconds.
After about a minute, the Knok will then be ready to
connect to the Wi-Fi again. You will then need to follow
the pairing process again (see instructions for pairing).
