14 WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
1.
MOGK INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY CO LTD ., Is responsible for the quality and perfect functioning of the equipment,
for the period of 360 Days , counted from the date of issue of the invoice of the equipment. During this warranty period,
the Mogk is responsible to repair, and, if applicable, replace any part or parts that has a manufacturing defect, provided
that they meet the following requirements:
- Transportation, handling, and storage.
- Installation and correct operation and under specified environmental conditions without the presence of aggressive
agents;
- Operation within the limits of the equipment capabilities.
- Periodic realization of preventive maintenance.
- Carrying out repairs and / or modifications only by personnel authorized by Mogk.
- If the produt presents malfunctioning, is provided Mogk a minimum period necessary to identify the cause of the failure,
and the appropriate repairs.
- Immediate contact by the costumer informing the nature of the failures.

Are not included in the warranty: normal maintenance components, which lives in working conditions are less than the
product's warranty, such as fuses, lamps, filters.

. transport costs and insurance from the place of installation to Mogk, and vice versa are your obligations. If there is
need for intervention, expenses such as accommodation and travelling costs should be paid by the costumer.

The repair and
/ or replacement of parts or components, accordingly to Mogk’s criteria, during the warranty period, do
not extend the original warranty period.
5.
Mogk should not be responsible for any imperfection or external damage from faulty civil engineering works or disasters
such as fire, floods, earthquakes, storms, abnormal variations of voltage and / or electrical current, or even elements of
public disorder.
6. Components or parts replaced during warranty period, are Mogk’s properties.

The warranty provided by Mogk is limited to the above and with the repair or replacement of the defective product,
Mogk satisfies the full warranty, and it excluded the customer’s right to claim any other compensation or reimbursements,
as example, but not limiting, lost profits, losses originating interruption of equipment production, including damage caused
to people, third parties and/or accidents resulting from the use of the equipment or any other emerging or consequential.
8.
If the customer fails to fulfill any of its contractual obligations the warranty will be suspended, expiring within the period.
9.
After the warranty period, even if the equipment has not been installed, the obligations of this certificate will become
ineffective.
10.
You should:
a) inform us, immediately, of any irregularity with the normal operation of the equipment, identifying, as far as possible,
their origin;
b) arrange have free access to the equipment, so that the service work can be started soon, after our technicians arrival
at the location, and without any obstacles;
c) Keep the place where the services are to be performed sufficiently illuminated and provide the security conditions for
carrying out the work;
d) Provide, when necessary, extra resources such as testing products, at no cos

e) Offer, when necessary, safe and appropriate storage place for tools, replacement parts, etc.
f) Sign and fill in, once the technical support visit has finished, the Technical Assistance Report, checking all the services,
working hours, replaced parts, etc, posting your appreciation.
The Customer's refusal to sign the Technical Assistance Report, without cause, will not constitute grounds of non
compliance by technical assistance.
Theses are the conditions of this Warranty Certificate and
MOGK INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY CO LTD ., Reserves its
right to modify the general, technical and aesthetic characteristics of its products without prior notice.
